Venice Beach Area Information
Getting to Know the Venice Beach Area
Pacifica Hotel Company has partnered with Fodor's Travel to produce a comprehensive California Coastal Travel Guide. This guide provides information on the best places to explore, the best beaches and the most popular area attractions in each region on the California Coast. Please click here to download the guide and start planning your own exploration of the California Coast.
There are several self guided walking tours in around the marina that will allow you an up close and personal experience of our beautiful Marina del Rey community. Click here to view and download the Walking Tour Maps of Marina del Rey.
There are several Venice Beach, CA hotels in the area, but none with the elegant amenities and well-appointed guest rooms and suites that you'll find at the Inn at Venice Beach. The Venice Beach area is a great place to get away from it all, explore something new and soak up some California sun. While street parking may be a little hard to find, there is plenty of parking in the lots off of Rose Avenue or Bay Street. Also keep in mind that leashed dogs are allowed on the boardwalk, but they are not allowed on the beach. You may fish from the fishing pier without a license and a bait shop is there to provide all the tackle you'll need for a day of angling.
Our helpful staff can assist you with planning your activities while you're here, including dining, shopping and getting around town. We can also help you locate area parks, the beach and the boardwalk. Be sure to check our own events calendar for the most up-to-date listings of things to see and do in Venice Beach and Los Angeles.
